The collectors decide what perks are obtainable with CCCS plans

January 16th, 2010

In a sense, Consumer Credit Counseling plans work for the banks. The banks determine what modified terms and benefits are given out, not the Credit Counseling companies. Each creditor has various regulations that they’ll agree to and it’s critical to know that the Credit Counseling service has no say in that in that process whatsoever. The banks might make good to reduce your APR and monthly payments; they may even get rid of any past due and over-the-limit penalties that have accumulated. They can do all of that or none of that. They determine which benefits you will be helped by. Don’t procrastinate to obtain the credit card debt relief you need.
