My 3 Easiest Markets For Earning Gold On The Auction House
Making money in the wow auction house can be pretty
easy if you know what you’re doing. Having a knowledge of what markets to
target is important. Without that knowledge, you can lose a
lot of gold very quickly. Clearly, a wow auction house
guide such as Mayle Winter’s “WoW Auction Mastery” gives away the best
markets, but what about the players who don’t have access to that
kind of hint? For those players, I’d like to point out my 3 favorite3 most successful markets for earning gold on the auction house in
WoW.
1. Gems - The gems needed for jewelcrafting are a gargantuan market. Make sure to
focus on the gems that have both PVE and PVP uses. Stamina always
does the trick, and any gem that boosts damage is a constant seller. Resilience does great if you can stockpile
them and list a bunch right when a new arena season hitsstartsDon’t
bother with things like defense and mana regen.
2. Rare Recipes - You’ll see these on the auction house frequently at far lower prices than they are worth. Check with
WoWhead and check how much they are worth, and if they are underpriced,
snatch them up and relist them. It’s a fast method to make
a couple of hundred gold in one sale.
3. Event items - Things like small eggs, glasses of milk, and anything else that is
used in a repeating in-game event. Build these up in advance, and then dump them at inflated prices for a
giant infusion of gold.
Those 3 markets should give you a great head start in the wow auction house. If you
can’t earn gold in those markets, you should probably stick to grinding or daily quests!
